TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT, A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED DURING THE RESERVATION PROCESS. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL TREATMENT COST.
THIS POLICY ENSURES YOUR RESERVATION AND ASSISTS IN REDUCING THE OCCURRENCE OF 'NO SHOWS' AND LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS. BY SIGNING YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT.
SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL, WE REQUEST THAT YOU PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS' NOTICE, ALLOWING US TO REBOOK YOUR SLOT WITH ADEQUATE TIME.
CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL ALLOW YOUR DEPOSIT TO BE TRANSFERRED TO A SINGLE RESCHEDULED DATE. ANY ADDITIONAL RESCHEDULES WILL REQUIRE A NEW DEPOSIT.
IN THE EVENT OF A 'NO SHOW', FULL PREPAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
