In order to secure your appointment, you will be prompted to a NON-REFUNDABLE Booking Deposit during the booking process, which will go towards your total treatment costs.

 

This will ensure your reservation as well as further reduce chances of "No Shows" and last minute cancellations. By signing your service form, you are agreeing to the strict Non-Refundable Booking Deposit. 

 

Should you need to cancel, please allow 72 hours prior to your appointment time to give us ample rebooking time for your slot.

If you cancel before 72 Hours of your appointment time, your Booking Deposit can be transferred to a later rescheduled date ONE TIME ONLY.  More than one reschedule will require a new deposit.

 

"No Shows" will  be required FULL pre payment for any future service. No Exceptions.
